The Sea and a Quiet Heart
There’s a kind of peace that only the sea can offer. Today, I walked down to the shore
without a plan—just me, the breeze, and the sound of waves.
The salty air wrapped around me like a familiar blanket. I found a spot on the rocks, sat down, and let the rhythm of the waves calm the noise inside my head.
There’s something deeply healing about watching the water
move—rushing forward, then retreating, over and over again. It made me feel like
even if things don’t stay still, they can still be beautiful.
The sea doesn’t ask anything of you. It just lets you be.
No expectations, no pressure—just space to breathe.
I stayed there for a while, letting my thoughts come and go, like the tide. I didn’t leave with answers, but I left feeling lighter. And sometimes, that’s more than enough.
